🔄 1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and product safety reasons.
📸 2. Reporting a Problem
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Take clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- Email them to support@khursheedlone.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Mention your order number, name, and reason for return in the email.
Our support team will review your case and guide you through the next steps.
💰 3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- We will issue a refund or replacement as per your preference.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
🚚 4. Return Shipping
In case of a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
For any other situation (if approved exceptionally), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
⚠️ 5. Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used items
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during special discounts or clearance sales
- Items damaged due to customer handling
🕓 6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
